No, items are not reserved until you complete checkout.
When will I receive a confirmation email?
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after you submit your order.
How long will it take my order to ship?
Orders will ship within our standard shipping window unless noted otherwise.
Can I expedite my order?
Yes, if expedited shipping is an option at checkout. If expedited shipping isn't available, this indicates that expedited shipping options aren't available at the time. This includes Gold loyalty members.
Returns & Exchanges
All items in the Pink Sale Prices collection are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Am I able to edit my order once it has been placed?
We are unable to edit an order once it has been placed. Please review your buggy and shipping information prior to completing the order. Please note, we're unable to update the shipping method once the order has been placed.
If I have a question, what is the best way to reach the customer relations team?
Response times from our customer service team could be longer. All emails will be answered in the order in which they are received. Due to the high volume of inquires, our chat feature may be disabled and phones may be turned off.
Will orders have the traditional T.B.B.C. gift wrap?
Orders will not be shipping in traditional T.B.B.C. gift wrap. Pink Price event orders will ship in poly mailers.
How will I be notified if an item is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, you will receive a refund notification via email.
