What time does the sale start?

The Pink Price Party starts Tuesday, June 25th at 12pm ET.

Which items are included?

All items in the Pink Sale Prices Collection are included in Pink Price Party.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

Orders $75+ ship free.

When will Gold and Blush tiers receive early access?

Gold will receive access at 8pm ET on Monday, June 24th and Blush will receive access at 10am ET on Tuesday, June 25th. You will receive an email with a one time use code that will need to be applied at checkout.

Is there a discount code?

The discount code will automatically be applied at checkout to all items in the Pink Sale Prices Collection. No code needed. For early access, Blush and Gold members will need to apply their unique code at checkout.

I'm a Blush/Gold member, will I need to apply a promo code for early access?

Yes, you will need to apply your unique code at checkout. You will receive an email with a one time use unique code. Gold memebrs will receive access at 8pm ET on Monday, June 24th and Blush members will receive access at 10am ET on Tuesday, June 25th.

I'm a Gold/Blush member, why didn't I receive my early access code?

Prior to Pink Price Party, ensure that you are subscribed to our emails. You won't receive an early access code if you aren't subscribed to emails. If you typically receive our emails and you don't receive an early access code, check your spam folder. It can take up to 10-15 minutes for an email to deliver depending on your email provider.

Will items in my buggy be reserved?

No, items are not reserved until you complete checkout.

When will I receive a confirmation email?

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after you submit your order.

How long will it take my order to ship? 

Orders will ship within four weeks of the order date. Delivery date cannot be guaranteed due to possible carrier delays. Monogramming will add time to this. Please note, if you place multiple orders during the sale, some orders may ship before others. This will not impact the status of your order and you will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

Can I expedite my order?

We are unable to expedite any Pink Price Party orders, including Blush and Gold loyalty members.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Am I able to edit my order once it has been placed?

We are unable to edit an order once it has been placed. Please review your buggy and shipping information prior to completing the order.

If I have a question, what is the best way to reach the customer relations team?

Response times from our customer service team could be longer. All emails will be answered in the order in which they are received. We are so sorry, but we will not be able to answer the phone during the promotion. Due to the high volume of inquires, our chat feature may be disabled.

Will orders have the traditional T.B.B.C. gift wrap?

Orders will not be shipping in traditional T.B.B.C. gift wrap.

How will I be notified if an item is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, you will receive a refund notification via email.

Price adjustments & extensions

Please make sure you complete checkout before the sale ends. We are unable to offer extensions.

What if my order includes both sale and full price items?

Items on orders could ship together or in multiple shipments. If you want full price items faster than the estimated four weeks, we recommend placing your order separately, so you can receive the full price items sooner.

If I am a Blush or Gold member, will my Pink Price Party order be eligible for expedited shipping?

We are unable to expedite any Pink Price Party orders, including Blush and Gold loyalty members.

Can I use my points from the rewards program and the automatic discount code at the same time?

No, you cannot apply points and receive the 50% off promotion on the same order.
