Any purchase activity prior to August 2, 2021 will not be considered when calculating rewards, points, or tier status. We are unable to make point or reward adjustments of any kind. Points will not be awarded until your order ships. Point redemption cannot be combined with other discount codes. Tier status is based on a rolling year (a dynamic 12-month period starting when an individual reaches a certain tier). Points will expire after 12 months of inactivity.
