**For two day and overnight shipping, orders placed after 11am ET on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day. Delivery days exclude Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays. Expedited shipping will not deliver to PO Boxes.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

Your order subtotal must be $125 (after any discounts are taken) to qualify for free standard shipping. Please note, this applies to standard domestic shipping in the continental United States only.

What if expedited shipping options aren’t available at checkout?

Unfortunately, this indicates that those expedited shipping options aren't available at the time. This can be the case with certain promotions, launches, and/or due to holiday carrier delays.

What is the embroidery turn around time?

Embroidery can add 20 up to business days. Embroidery turn around time is estimated. It could be longer or shorter depending on demand. Turn around times could be longer during promotions.

Could I receive multiple shipments?

You may receive multiple shipments per order. Monogrammed items will ship separately from non-monogrammed items. If the order is marked as a gift, all items (monogrammed and non-monogrammed items) will ship together.

Can monogrammed items be rushed?

Items with monograms or personalization cannot be rushed at monogramming, but we do have the option to upgrade shipping once the monogram is complete. Please contact info@beaufortbonnetco.com for more details.

Can an order be canceled once it ships?

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel the shipment or change delivery details of the package.

Does the shipping estimate above vary during promotions, such as Pink Friday or Pink Price Party?

During promotions, such as Pink Friday and Pink Price Party, shipping times will be longer than normal. We will not be able to offer expedited shipping methods for orders placed during these promotions.

Can I combine a free shipping discount code with another discount code?

If a shipping promotion is being used in the form of a discount code, it cannot be combined with any other offers. Only 1 promo code per transaction.

Do all orders ship in traditional T.B.B.C. gift wrap?

All orders will be wrapped in traditional T.B.B.C. gift wrap with the exception of orders placed during Pink Price and select site-wide promotions. Please note, our custom ivory gift bags are constructed of 90% post-consumer material.

Am I able to update my shipping address after my order has been placed?

We can’t guarantee we will be able to update your shipping address once your order is placed. We are unable to update shipping addresses during Pink Price promotions due to the high volume of orders.

Can I cancel or adjust my order after it has been placed?

We can’t guarantee we will be able to cancel or adjust your order after it is placed. We are unable to cancel or adjust orders during Pink Price promotions due to the high volume of orders.

Can I ship to a PO Box?
